I found a 'loophole' to buy M&S stocked clothing online despite the cyber attack (1)

For keen shoppers of who can’t visit the shop in person quite as often as they’d like, the news of the recent cyber attacks - and subsequent halting of all online orders - has caused quite the stir (and rightly so).

Thankfully, M&S’ broad range of clothing isn’t limited to just own brand M&S Collection as it stocks so many other gorgeous pieces from some of our fave shops, such as Nobody’s Child.

Of course, while shoppers can’t get the M&S own-brand goodies online (just yet), they can get some of its other brands and their best-selling pieces, according to M&S trends and spending habits. The only caveat is that they need to be purchased directly from their own website.

I've rounded up just some of the best-sellers on M&S from Nobody’s Child and where to get them elsewhere, until Marksies is back up and running online for us to shop til we drop.

Black Floral Elsie Midi Dress - £52

A flattering, figure-enhancing silhouette, dainty tulip embellishments and a shirred back are what make this Elsie dress such a popular dress on both M&S and Nobody's Child. Costing £52 on both, the dress has a romantic square neckline and delicate flutter sleeves that make it a feminine and positively head-turning option for weddings, garden parties and more this summer.

M&S shoppers have been quick to heap praise on the midi-frock - that also features a waist tie for a cinched in look - with a strong 5-star rating with glowing reviews, one of which reads: "Beautiful dress, very well made and versatile for dressing up or down."

Someone else raved: "Love this dress, wore it out to a posh brunch on my recent holiday. True to size. Had many lovely comments."

The only negative comment came by way of sizing. One mixed reviewer shared: "Am very happy with this dress, it is very flattering and can be dressed up with heels, or be more casual with trainers. I did struggle with the sizing a bit a a 14/16 - the 16 was too loose in the bodice so went for the 14 which with the shirred back panel was much better. Looking forward to wearing it!"

Black Crochet Trim Racer Vest Top - £45

I found a 'loophole' to buy M&S stocked clothing online despite the cyber attack (3)

For a black vest top with a little bit of a difference, this £45 option from Nobody's Child is great for adding a bit of texture and fun to an outfit, rather than just a plain block colour. While it's high in demand on the N. C. website, only 12 and 14 are out of stock, meaning sizes 4 to 18 are still up for grabs. The bonus of shopping this top on Nobody's Child instead is that size 12 is the only size available on M&S too... Meant to be?

Its round neckline that comes decorated with a crochet trim is mirrored on the sleeves too and has a close cut that flatters any figure.

Styled with wide leg trousers, it's such a chic look that is suitable for office days in the summer or a BBQ at home. Described as 'simple and stunning' by one shopper, a five star review raved: "Really smart and neat top. Bought it to go with black palazzo’s. Looks stunning."

Pink Floral Printed Billie Midi Dress - £49

I found a 'loophole' to buy M&S stocked clothing online despite the cyber attack (4)

When it comes to the summer time, you can't beat a floral pink dress - it just works and will guarantee compliments at any given occasion. Billie, £49, has been a clear hit with M&S shoppers having garnered an impressive 4.6 star rating with glowing compliments like "Pretty ditsy dress, love the colour and fit. Lightweight too" and "Easy to wear".

Made with a V-neckline, short flutter sleeves and a slip-style skirt that floats over the tummy and hips (making it comfortable when going out to dinner), the dress features a tie back detail to control the fit of the dress and has been made with Main: 100% Lenzing™ Ecovero™ Viscose that is lightweight and breathable.

If the pink hue isn't quite right, the dress also comes in a black floral print that is also a popular design with M&S fans. Instead of a pink ditsy print, the design is decorated in larger daisy-style flowers in pinks, yellows, purples and reds.

Green Stripe Full Length Maya Jumpsuit - £79

I found a 'loophole' to buy M&S stocked clothing online despite the cyber attack (5)

Costing £79, the Maya jumpsuit is another firm favourite amongst M&S shoppers - it's comfortable, lightweight, breathable, chic and has one of the most popular trouser trends as part of it: wide legs.

With thick, ruffled straps that are ideal for masking a bra, the jumpsuit has a shirred bodice that accentuates the figure before flowing out into flattering wide legs that start at the waist and skim over any problem areas. Made from 100% organic cotton, it's great for wearing at the height of summer as it'll certainly keep those who wear it cool (whilst making them look cool in the process).

Top with a white linen shirt and sandals for a crisp, summery look or dress up with wedges and a blazer. One shopper who wore it with a cardigan said: "I have bought this jumpsuit for a holiday. It’s very comfortable to wear and easy. I’m between a 10 and 12 so purchased a 12 which is a really good fit. This isn’t something I would normally buy as no sleeves and I’m no spring chicken but I’m looking forward to wearing it maybe with a cardigan."

While M&S describes it as a cropped jumpsuit, the pictures show that it is likely to come to just above the ankle, with one shopper sharing their disdain at its cropped description: "Great outfit for summer Very flattering and true to size. Taken off star as it not a cropped jumpsuit. I’m 5.5 and it drags on floor so will have to shorten."

White Floral Printed Tie Detail Blouse - £59

I found a 'loophole' to buy M&S stocked clothing online despite the cyber attack (6)

'Breezy' and 'pretty', this string tie top is a beautiful wardrobe addition that the brand says will go with pretty much anything - and we can see that. Made from 100% Organic Cotton, the top is decorated in a blue and pink floral print that is just adorable and has puff sleeves that add to its romance.

Costing £59, the top is fitted with string ties that ruch the material to create a shirred effect under the bust and at the waistline which flutters out to the hem. While some people found the sleeves a bit 'too puffed' and the frills a bit much, others loved the design and said: "Very pretty, lovely quality, true to size. Was worried it would be see through, but the cotton is good quality."
